Strawberry season is coming
製作冬日草莓蛋糕的過程，
宛如編織一個溫暖的夢，
洗草莓、切草莓、打發奶油、塗抹奶油、裝飾蛋糕， 這些對我們來說繁瑣不過的日常，
卻總是在冬季交織出一種無法言喻的幸福感。
小小的廚房裡，瀰漫的都是草莓的甜蜜香氣，
平淡的日子裡，這也算是感受到生活美好的瞬間吧！
We eagerly await their arrival. The real strawberries from our region, those grown in local soil and so full of flavour, finally marking the beginning of the long-anticipated winter season. Every year, their arrival brings joy and pleasure to both lovers of the little red fruit as well as pastry chefs. Their vibrant colours and intoxicating scent awaken the taste buds and announce the beginning of a delightful time of the year.
